Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any roofing work carried out by Halifax Roofer.

Quotes

Quotes are provided following an assessment of the work required and are valid for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary if the scope of work changes once a job is underway, and we'll always discuss this with you first.

Carrying out the work

We aim to complete work to a high standard within the timescale agreed. Delays caused by weather, access, or unforeseen structural issues will be communicated as soon as they're known.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before work begins. For larger jobs, staged payments may be arranged.

Guarantees

Workmanship on completed jobs is guaranteed for a reasonable period, details of which are confirmed at the time of quoting. Materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

Liability

Halifax Roofer carries appropriate insurance for the work undertaken. Liability is limited to the terms of that insurance cover.
